Design
Your property is unique, and it deserves careful attention and a customize evaluation to suit your needs. Our installers work based around your desires and the vision for your display. We will walk you through our process, and make any suggestions along the way. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will answer any questions or concerns you may have. It is our goal to make your display the best on your street, whether it's big or small.
Install
Each installation is carefully planned and scheduled based on your property. The installer that comes to install your lights, will be your point of contact for service and takedown. The relationship we build with our customers is vital to the success of our business. During installation, we make sure that your property is not damaged. If there are any concerns or doubts, we always consult you first. Installation times vary, but our crews will leave with you excited to see them lit up that evening!
Service
It is important that your display looks great the entire season, and we will make sure that it does. The two most common issues we encounter with displays are either light clips that have come undone from shingles, or weak breakers that cause the lights to blow fuses if any moisture works its way into the plug. We go to great lengths to ensure as best as possible that this does not happen.
Takedown
And now it's time for the saddest part of the year; takedown. After the holidays have passed, we will come back and take down the decorations and make sure that your property is back to the way it was before. If you choose to have us store your lights, everything is boxed and marked specifically for your home. Weather plays an important part in when we can schedule takedown. Since January and February usually bring colder and icier weather, we must exercise caution when sending out technicians to remove lights. Fortunately, takedown never takes as long as initial install!

Tim professionally plans our installation. He works until he’s achieved a beautiful finished product, and our Christmas lights have never looked prettier. Part of his service includes him coming back after the holidays to take the lights down and organize them for the next year, letting you know if you will need to replace anything. With a cheerful and flexible attitude, he always goes above and beyond for us. I will continue to refer Tim to our friends and neighbors-they’re as happy as we are!
